2026 workplace assessment completed
We completed a special assessment of working conditions across all be:plast production sites. Thank you to the team for your participation and engagement.
A special assessment of working conditions (SOUT) is a mandatory procedure in which an independent body examines each workplace and records the environmental factors present there.
The assessment covered workplaces across all be:plast production sites — moulding, assembly and warehouse logistics, along with the workplaces of the supporting services.
Its results feed into occupational-safety planning: they shape the personal protective equipment, the working patterns and the training programmes applied on each section.
Thank you to everyone who took part and stayed engaged at every stage of the procedure.
